In Deep Denial
Posted On 8th October 2006 @ 09:08
Ray LaHood and George W. Bush are in deep denial about the war. Bob Woodward, reporter for the Washington Post calls it a "State of Denial." Ray LaHood talking about the war is like Dennis Hastert and John Shimkus talking about the scandals of Mark Foley; don’t tell me the truth so I don’t have to tell any lies!!
Ray LaHood and George W. Bush can’t or won’t admit that there’s not going to be a long term democracy in Iraq. It will not happen in Iraq anymore than it happened in Iran or a dozen other countries. The tragic deaths and injuries to thousands of Americans only to get Iraq back to where it began is a high price to pay for the war’s real reason; George Bush’s vindication of his Dad.
Those who don’t understand that, are like Ray LaHood and George W. Bush, in deep, deep denial.
